Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the item
Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and with original packaging
Customers must contact support@sneakro.com before returning any item
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or final-sale items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Refunds will not be issued without prior approval or if return conditions are not met.
